Govt to fully vaccinate eligible citizens by the end of this year, PM Deuba claims

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on Sunday claimed that the government is administering the Covid-19 vaccine to one-third of the population this month.

Speaking at a program on the occasion of 7th Constitution Day, PM Deuba said that the government is administering Covid-19 vaccines for free to the one-third population within this month, and all the eligible citizens by the end of this year.

“The main priority of the government is to vaccinate people against Covid-19,” said PM Deuba.

As of Sunday, almost 20 percent of the population has been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
