Kathmandu: A meeting of the House of Representatives is underway on Monday morning amidst obstruction from CPN-UML.
The UML lawmakers left their seats immediately after the start of the meeting and picketed the bell. Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has continued the meeting despite the obstruction.
The main opposition has been obstructing the meeting of the Federal Parliament since September 8 demanding to dismiss 14 lawmakers it took action.
The meeting is expected to endorse the fiscal budget.
