Kathmandu: The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) index went down by 114.02 points to close at 2,698.25 points on Monday.
Likewise, the Sensitive Index also fell by 19.51 points and reached 506.27 points as the stock market closed.
All the sub-indices fell today with the life insurance sub-index registering a decline of 800 points.
The stock market registered a total turnover of Rs 8.4 billion with 17,330,538 shares of 225 scrips traded today.
