Buddha Air aircraft suffers landing gear malfunction, lands safely

Kathmandu: An aircraft of Buddha Air that took off to Biratnagar from Kathmandu made a forced landing at Tribhuvan International Airport on Monday morning.

The aircraft that had returned to Kathmandu after failing to land at Biratnagar Airport after an issue with landing gear landed safely, said Buddha Air.

There were 77 people on board the aircraft including crew members.

The aircraft returned to Kathmandu after an issue with landing gear while landing at Biratnagar Airport this morning. The aircraft landed safely at 10:21 am and the passengers are safe, said Buddha Air.
