Covid-19: 365 fresh cases and four fatalities recorded in the last 24 hours

Kathmandu: The Ministry of Health and Population on Wednesday reported 365 new Covid-19 cases and nine fatalities in the last 24 hours.

The new cases were confirmed from 3,671 RT-PCR and 1,923 antigen tests.

With the new cases, the Covid-19 caseload in Nepal has reached 803,878 in PCR and 93,256 in antigen tests.

Likewise, 609 recovered from the pandemic in the last 24 hours taking the total recovered cases to 778,350. The recovery rate stands at 96.8 percent as of today.

A total of four people succumbed to the pandemic. The new deaths have taken the death toll to 11,261, the Health Ministry said in a regular update.

Nepal currently has 14,267 active Covid-19 cases.
