Kathmandu: Prabhu Bank, in collaboration with Fonepay, has introduced payment through QR code at Bhatbhateni Supermarket in Naxal with the objective of promoting digital payment.
Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Maha Prasad Adhikari inaugurated the QR code payment system at a function held at Bhatbhateni’s premises on Thursday.
On the occasion, Governor Adhikari said that the use of information technology in the banking sector of Nepal has brought simplicity and ease in the overall financial transactions.
