Parliament meeting postponed until Sunday

Kathmandu: The meeting of the House of Representatives has been postponed until Sunday.

In today’s meeting, Minister for Law Dilendra Badu, on behalf of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, tabled a report of the Indigenous Nationalities Commission for the Fiscal Year 2020/21.

The main opposition party CPN-UML continued obstruction of the House of Representatives on Friday as well. The main opposition has been continuously obstructing the House meeting demanding 14 lawmakers it took action against should be dismissed.

The next meeting will be held at 1 pm on Sunday.
