Kathmandu: The CPN-UML has won in four municipals, Nepali Congress (NC) and CPN (Unified Socialist) in two each as results of local-level elections are pouring in.
As of 11:30 am, the NC is leading in 103 municipals, followed by UML in 59. The CPN (Maoist Center) is leading in 32 municipals, Janata Samajwadi Party in four, and CPN (Unified Socialist) in three municipals.
