Kathmandu: The government has increased the salary of government employees by 15 percent per month starting mid-July.
The salary of all government employees has been increased by 15 percent in order to motivate civil servants, army, police, and teachers and to increase their commitment to the public service, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma said.
The dearness allowance will be continued, he added.
