Kathmandu: Xiaomi has launched its latest authorized service center in Butwal.
Xiaomi in a statement said its other service centers are located in Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Narayanghat, Itahari, Dhangadi, and Kathmandu.
Following the launch, Xiaomi Nepal will be providing free servicing to all the Xiaomi products. Even the customers who do not have their warranty cards with them can benefit from this for a week.
Speaking on the occasion, Sourabh Kothari, Country General Manager – Nepal, Xiaomi shared that, “At Xiaomi, we are truly focused towards making innovation accessible to everyone. Our customer base is growing steadily and it becomes our responsibility to serve our customers properly with satisfaction. With service quality being one of our key pillars at Xiaomi, we continue striving to implement the best of our innovative measures across our aftersales and customer service efforts too.”
