In pics: Lawmakers present PCR negative report to attend House meeting

Kathmandu: The special session of the House of Representatives (HoR) is ongoing on Monday afternoon to confirm whether Prime Minister K P Oli has the confidence of the HoR.

On the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, President Bidya Devi Bhandari had summoned the House meeting for Monday as PM plans to obtain the vote of confidence from the parliament.

Presenting PCR negative reports was made mandatory for lawmakers to attend the meeting.

Tests held on Wednesday and Thursday had confirmed the infection in 26 lawmakers. Arrangements have been made for infected lawmakers to cast votes outside the Parliament building.
