Kathmandu: The prohibitory order clamped in Kathmandu Valley to stem the spread of Covid-19 will be extended by 15 days.

A meeting of the District Covid Crisis Management Center (DCCMC) of Kathmandu held on Monday proposed to extend the prohibitory order for another 15 days, said Kathmandu Chief District Officer Kali Prasad Parajuli.

CDO Parajuli said that a joint meeting of the CDOs of the Valley would be held on Tuesday and a decision would be taken to that end.

The current prohibitory order is expiring on Wednesday.
