Kathmandu: Newly-elected National Assembly member Drigha Narayan Pandey took an oath of office and secrecy on Wednesday.
National Assembly Chairman Ganesh Prasad Timilsina administered the oath to Pandey at a ceremony at Singha Durbar.
Nepali Congress (NC) leader Pandey was elected National Assembly member from Lumbini Province in by-elections held on May 31.
