Kathmandu: Outgoing Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is addressing the nation from the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar on Tuesday.

PM Oli was relieved of his post earlier today after President Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba as Prime Minister as per Article 76 (5) of the Constitution. It’s Deuba’s fifth term as a Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister is also moving out of his official residence today. Leader of the CPN-UML parliamentary party, Oli, was appointed to the post of Prime Minister on February 15, 2018. With this, he completes three years and four months in the post of Executive Chief.
