Kathmandu: The government has recommended to President Bidya Devi Bhandari to summon a session of Parliament.
A meeting of Council of Ministers held on Saturday recommended to the President to summon the House session at 4 pm on September 8.
President summons and ends House session on recommendation of government as per the Constitutional provision.
