Kathmandu: Book ‘Prashashan Bhitrako Prashashan’ written by former Secretary Govinda Prasad Kusum has been unveiled amidst a program.
The book published by Sangri~La Books was released jointly by former Attorney General Dr Yubaraj Sangroula and former Commissioner at the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Sabitri Thapa Gurung.
Govinda Prasad Kusum in his book has incorporated his experience of 36 years in the area of civil service and diplomacy.
Commenting on the book, Dr. Yubaraj Sangroula said the book drew attention to the failure to address issues including diplomacy, the political leadership affected by the middlemen and the problems it posed to the bureaucracy and inter-employee relations.
Commenting on the book, Sabitri Thapa Gurung said that the author has honestly recorded the history of a period of administration in the book.
The 460-page book is priced at Rs 775.
