Kathmandu: The German Development Bank and Chandragiri Municipality have signed an agreement to construct a maternity hospital at Godam in Chandragiri-1.
As per the agreement, the bank is funding Rs one billion to establish the facility, said Ghanashyam Giri, Mayor of Chandragiri Municipality.
According to Mayor Giri, the facility will be operated under the supervision of the Paropakar Maternity and Women’s Hospital, Thapathali.
According to the municipality, the construction of the project would be completed in four years.
The hospital would be run with the coordination of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health and Population. RSS
