Kathmandu: A total of eight people succumbed to Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, taking the death toll to 11,407 as of Sunday, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Similarly, 408 new Covid-19 cases were detected in the past 24 hours. The new cases were confirmed through the 7,899 samples tested during the same period, said the Ministry.
Likewise, 518 people recovered in a day which puts the recovered cases to 791,787 so far. The recovery rate stands at 97.4 percent.
