Kathmandu: The government has made vaccination certification a must to enter public facilities and access government services from January 21. After Covid-19 spread like a wildfire, the Ministry of Home Affairs decided that people must have vaccination certificates to avail some government services, and enter public space.

If you lost your vaccine card, you can get a copy of the vaccination card.

The Ministry of Health and Population has decided to provide a copy of the vaccination card. The response comes after the Health Ministry received complaints that a lot of vaccinated people have lost their vaccination certification.

According to the Health Ministry, a copy of vaccination certification can be received from the vaccination centers, or from the Health Department of the respective municipalities.

If you have already got both shots, you have to contact the vaccination center from where you got your second shot. If you have only got one shot, you have to contact the same vaccination center from where you got jabbed.

Likewise, for those, getting a single shot of Johnson and Johnson, they also have to contact the vaccination center from where they got their first shot. You can also go to the health departments of the municipality where the vaccination center is located.
