Kathmandu: A rhino has been found dead at Kavretaal near Baghmara post of the Chitwan National Park (CNP).
Information Officer at CNP, Ganesh Prasad Tiwari, said that the around two-year-old rhino was killed in a tiger attack. Rhino’s hoofs are safe.
A total of twenty-four rhinos have died in the current fiscal year. Of them, two died due to poaching and 22 due to natural causes.
