Kathmandu: Nepal witnessed 2,401 fresh cases of coronavirus and 14 deaths in the last 24 hours.
The Ministry of Health and Population in a regular press briefing on Wednesday said the new cases were detected from 16,356 tests carried out during the period.
A total of 7,777 recoveries were recorded. The recovery rate has now improved to 95.7 percent.
Nepal currently has 30,241 active cases.
