Kathmandu: Actor Paul Shah, who has been accused of raping a minor, has surrendered to police.
Following a case by a 17-year-old singer, Shah had been on the run.
“Shah has surrendered before the Tanahu District Police Office,” confirmed Deputy Superintendent of Police Yubraj Khadka.
Earlier, the teenage singer filed a case against actor Paul Shah (Purna Bikram Shah) at the District Police Office, Tanahu.
The 17-year old singer had filed the rape case accusing Shah of raping her under the pretext of love.
Earlier today, Shah wrote a status on Facebook that he would present himself before the police.
