NICCI Vice-President KC, Gujarat CM Patel discuss increasing Indian investment in Nepal

Kathmandu: Vice President of Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) Sunil KC paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister of Indian State of Gujarat Bhupendrabhai Rajnikantbhai Patel.

During a meeting held on Monday, Vice President KC requested CM Patel to help to increase investment in Nepal from private and government sectors.

CM Patel expressed his willingness to invest in hydropower and renewable energy, information technology and infrastructure development, recalling centuries-old ties between Nepal and India.

The Chief Minister was positive about attending Nepal-India Partnership Summit to be organized by the Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
