Kathmandu: Realme is launching its flagship smartphone Realme 9 Pro+ 5G in the Nepali market.
The Realme 9 Pro+ 5G has been crafted with excellence, bringing a flagship camera in the mid-range segment, an enthralling light shift design with color change effect and powerful 5G processors to deliver par excellence performance, Realme said in a press release.
This smartphone will come in two enchanting colors – midnight black and aurora green and will be available in two storage variants – 6+128GB and 8+128GB.

The first Sony IMX766 OIS camera in segment with 50MP triple camera setup
The Realme 9 Pro+ 5G comes with a flagship triple camera setup, consisting of a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP 119° super-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. It is the first smartphone in its segment to feature a Sony IMX766 sensor, which allows 63.8% more light intake while capturing photographs. The 16MP front camera uses the Clear Fusion algorithm to ensure that your selfies are flawless and well-lit, even in low-light conditions or indoor settings.
MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G processor
The Realme 9 Pro+ 5G is one of the world’s first smartphones to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G Processor, which uses the latest TSMC 6nm production process.
Massive battery with SuperDart charging
Realme 9 Pro+ 5G features a massive 4500mAh battery which can be charged up to 50% in just 15 minutes and up to 100% in just 44 minutes, thanks to the 60W SuperDart charge support.
90Hz Super AMOLED display
Realme 9 Pro+ 5G contains a 6.4″ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate, resulting in a seamless and smooth experience with every swipe. In-display fingerprint scanner with heart rate detection
The Realme 9 Pro+ 5G features Nepal’s first in-display fingerprint sensor with Heart-rate Sensor. The new generation of under-screen fingerprint sensors expedites the process further and ensures rapid unlocking of the smartphone. The heart rate sensor on the Realme 9 Pro+ 5G provides heart rate detection and recording services for users.
Industry-leading sight shift design
The Realme 9 Pro+ sport the industry-leading Light Shift Design feature on the rear panel. Under normal sunlight or ultraviolet light, the back cover will completely change from blue to red in about 3 seconds; under no sunlight, it will return to its original color in 2-5 minutes. *The Light Shift Design only applies to the Sunrise Blue variant of this smartphone.
Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12
The Realme 9 Pro+ 5G will be the first Realme smartphone in Nepal to come with Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 out of the box.
Dynamic RAM expansion
Realme developed DRE technology to address the limitations imposed by the phone’s lack of memory, which turns ROM into virtual RAM to extend RAM. With the Realme 9 Pro+ 5G, you can add up to 5GB Dynamic RAM to the original RAM on the smartphone to get additional space.
