Chitwan: An elderly man from Khairahani Municipality-12 in Chitwan district died after he was attacked by a tiger on Saturday.
Ram Prasad Dhamala, 65, was attacked by the tiger around 9 am when we went to Kumroj community forest to cut crass for cattle, according to the District Police Office (DPO), Chitwan.
The elderly man was missing following the attack. Information Officer at the DPO Chitwan Narhari Adhikari shared that the dead body of the man was found at Jitpurghat.
