Arjun Das murder case: Four arrested from Nepal-India border

Kathmandu: Police have arrested four persons on the charge of their alleged involvement in the murder of a 24-year-old youth Arjun Das of Kailali.

The arrested are Manoj Bhandari, 19, Sumit Saud, 19, Bam Bahadur Bohara alias Bame and Dilip Pariyar alias Roni Pariyar of Janaki Rural Municipality-9.

A team of police deployed from the Metropolitan Police Crime Division nabbed them from Siddharthanagar Municipality-1, Belahiya.

Das of Janaki Rural Municipality-9, Amaravati was found murdered at a community forest in the locality.

According to the police, the alleged had taken Das to the forest and slit his throat with a khukuri on the charge of stealing a mobile. The culprits had fled to India after the murder.
