Ruling coalition finalizing candidates for metropolis and sub-metropolis by Monday

Kathmandu: The ruling coalition is finalizing the candidates for the metropolitans and sub-metropolitans by tomorrow.

A meeting of the ruling coalition held at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar on Sunday has agreed to decide the candidates for metropolis and sub-metropolis by Monday.

The ruling alliance of five parties has decided to contest the local polls slated for May 13 in a united manner. 

“The candidates for the metropolitans and sub-metropolitans will be decided by Monday,” according to the secretariat of Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
