Kathmandu: Popular model and actress Aditi Budhathoki has recently become the first Nepali actress to cross two million followers on Instagram. She is the second Nepali celebrity to reach the milestone.
This isn’t her first achievement, however. She was the second actress to reach the one million followers mark on Instagram, popular actress Priyanka Karki being the first.
Budhathoki has a large chunk of international followers, given her appearance in many Hindi and Punjabi music videos.
Budathoki—originally from Damak, Jhapa—has been able to earn international repute. Quite active on social media, her regular posts including fabulously dressed and glamorous pictures receive massive engagements.
The 25-year-old actress started her career appearing in Indian advertisements. She has been featured in music videos like Step Cut, Naina, Mein Teri Ho Gayi, Meri Hasi, and Hava Banke among others. She made her Nepali debut with the movie Kri alongside popular actor Anmol KC. Her latest project is the upcoming movie Babari which stars her beside co-star Dhiraj Magar.
