Kathmandu: The trailer of actress Swastima Khadka starrer ‘Chiso Maanchhe’ has been released on YouTube. The trailer has already received more than 250,000 views after it was made public on Monday.
Khadka’s role in the movie is already receiving praises from viewers. Her efforts to capture the characteristics, appearance and accent of a person residing in the far western region of Nepal have been applauded. After her critically-acclaimed role in ‘Bulbul’, audiences are excited to see what she brings to the table with this role.
The movie also stars Arpan Thapa and Desh Bhakta Khanal alongside Khadka.
Directed and written by Dipendra K. Khanal, the movie follows the story of three characters traveling from Kathmandu to Bajura while transporting the corpse of someone who passed away in course of foreign employment and the events that follow.
The movie’s cinematography showcases scenic travel in a stunning way. The movie is set to release on June 17.
