Damauli: One-way traffic has begun along the Prithvi Highway which was earlier disrupted due to depressed road at Ambukhaireni Rural Municipality-4 of Tanahu district.
All kinds of vehicles were operated one-way after opening a track. Superintendent of Police in Tanahu, Yubraj Khadka, has said the vehicles were operated one-way after opening the track throughout the Friday night.
The vehicular movement was halted from 7:00pm Friday to 6:00am Saturday to open the track, he added. Due to one-way traffic, there is still the congestion. Currently, there is traffic jam in the Anbukhaireni-Dumre section of Prithvi Highway.
The bus passengers and commuters have faced sheer inconvenience due to the disruption of roadway in different places of Tanahu. The rainfall triggering landslips and deposit of debris has blocked the way. RSS
