Hitachi announces launch of new products in Nepali market

Kathmandu: Hitachi has announced the launch of new products in the Nepali market. The new products were unveiled at a press meet attended by media personnel, authorized dealers of the company, and the delegates from Hitachi and Universal Electrocom Pvt. Ltd. on Friday.

Managing Director, AHSG Chen Teck Beng, General Manager, Tarun Jain of Business Development Department (Export Business), and Senior Manager Elvin Tham of Business Development Department (Export Business) were present at the function.

At the event, Hitachi announced the four different products that will soon be available in the market. The products include 4 models of Hitachi microwave oven, Hitachi front load fully automatic 12 KG washing machine, Hitachi French bottom refrigerator 638 Ltr. and Hitachi cordless stick vacuum cleaner.

Various products of Hitachi such as Refrigerators, washing machines, and vacuum cleaners were also displayed at the event to help the attendees understand product goals, details of the user experience, and the scope of features, the company said in a press release.

Hitachi has stated its plan of further strengthening its operation in Nepal to bring Nepali users the best in products that are available in the global arena.

Keeping customer satisfaction as their utmost priority, Hitachi has promised better sales service and after-sales care to their customers, reads the press release.

Universal Electrocom Pvt. Ltd., a branch of Ramesh Corp entity, is an authorized distributor for Hitachi Home Appliances in Nepal.

“We will be working rigorously on assuring the quality product line-up and after-sales service for all our customers in Nepal,” said Sanjay Agrawal, the Executive Director of Ramesh Corp.
