Kathmandu: Lalitpur District Court has issued an arrest warrant against leaders of the Nepal Communist Party including General Secretary Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav.
The court issued the arrest warrant against Biplav, Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma, Dharmendra Bastola, Udaya Bahadur Chalaune, and Santosh Budha Magar among others.
“According to the order of July 22, a 35-day arrest warrant has been published in accordance with section 58 of 13 of the Civil Criminal Procedure Code 2074 BS. Therefore, appear in this court within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice,” reads the notice.
If not, action will be taken as to Section 65 of the Civil Code of Criminal Procedure, 2074 BS, it has been stated.
