Kathmandu: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has cleared the basement of the building of the Tripureshwor-based Department of Passport.
A team from the metropolis had monitored the department on Friday after finding out that the basement for parking was turned into a holding center for customers which has resulted in unmanaged parking outside the building.
A city police team removed chairs from the basement parking.
