Kathmandu: Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand is trailing behind in vote counting in Rupandehi-3.

NC leader Khand has secured 27158 votes, while Dipak Bohora of Rastriya Prajatantra Party has garnered 27631 votes as of 2.00 pm Friday.
