Vote counting is yet to begin in Dolakha over the dispute over electoral fraud

Kathmandu: After three days of Nepal’s federal Parliament and Provincial Assembly elections, vote counting is yet to begin in Dolakha over the electoral fraud row.

CPN-UML has registered a formal application at the District Election Office with the claim of massive voter fraud. UML has claimed that fraud was spotted in five voting centers.

Election Commission has said that it is investigating the application. Balkrishna Shiwakoti of CPN-UML, Ganga Karki of CPN Maoist, Dawa Sherpa of Janata Samajwadi Party, Bijaya Khadka of Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Jagadish Kharel of Rastriya Swatantra Party are the main contenders from Dolakha.
