Deuba elected parliamentary party leader of Nepali Congress

Kathmandu: Sher Bahadur Deuba, president of Nepali Congress, has been elected as the parliamentary party leader. 

Deuba defeated Gagan Thapa, general secretary of the party.

According to Nepali Congress, Deuba got 64 votes, while Thapa bagged 25 votes.
