Kathmandu: A man has been crushed to death by a train in Dhanusha district.
The train en route to Janakpur from Jayanagar killed Puran Sada of Nagrain Municipality, according to police.
“Sada’s leg got stuck in the track as he was boarding the train,” said Superintendent of Police Bishwa Raj Khadka, who is the chief of Dhanusha Police.
“He [the deceased] tried to board the train, which was about to move, forcefully. He then fell into the track and got stuck,” Khadka added.
