Kathmandu: Deputy General Secretary of the CPN (Maoist Centre) Barsha Man Pun has been discharged from Sumeru Hospital in Lalitpur, where he was being treated for jaundice.
According to a statement from Pun’s Secretariat, he will continue to be under the care of doctors and has been advised to rest.
Pun was airlifted to Kathmandu from Rolpa on Saturday and admitted to the hospital after experiencing health problems while celebrating Maghe Sankranti, a Hindu festival.
