Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has canceled Foreign Minister Bimala Rai Paudyal’s trip to Geneva, Switzerland, which was scheduled for Sunday. Paudyal was set to attend the 50th regular session of the Human Rights Council.
