United Arab Emirates gives Nepal a mammoth task to qualify for World Cup Qualifiers in Zimbabwe

Kathmandu: The United Arab Emirates has set a mammoth target of 311 runs against Nepal in the final game of the ICC Men’s World Cup League Division 2 at Kirtipur in Kathmandu. 

Winning the toss and batting first, the visitors scored 310 runs in 50 overs losing seven wickets. For them, Asif Khan scored a century of just 41 balls. He hit four fours and 11 sixes.

Likewise, Vriitya Aravind scored 94 runs, including eight fours and two sixes. 

Likewise, skipper Muhammad Waseem scored 63 runs off 49 balls, including two fours and six sixes.

To directly qualify for the World Cup Qualifiers in Zimbabwe, the Rhinos have no other options than to beat the visitors.
