Kathmandu: Poet, writer and social enthusiast Basant Chaudhary has launched an environment-focused Epaper titled servedplanet.com.

The Epaper, hosted on a portal of the same name, carries reports and analyses on the environment, planet earth, climate change, water scarcity, food insecurity and wildlife. The writings have a global outlook.

Chaudhary, who also heads the diversified business group BLC in Nepal, said “I have always tried to spread the message of love, brotherhood and harmony through my writings. E-paper servedplanet.com is aimed at promoting harmonious relationships between mankind and Mother Earth. The planet is in a pitiable state because of manmade crises around the world.”

As the publisher of servedplanet.com, Chaudhary explained that the Epaper is committed to creating public awareness about the worsening state of planet earth. “Our views will be presented in simple and straightforward language which should be easily understandable by all ages and groups. It is everyone’s responsibility to work for the earth’s survival and good health. We will live only if the earth lives,” he added.

Launched on Earth Day, the amply illustrated Epaper servedplanet.com will renew its content every fortnight. However, plans are afoot to increase the frequency of this digital venture with more features and content.
