Rolpa: One person died and seven others were injured in a tractor accident in Rolpa. The accident occurred last night at Machheti village in Lungri Rural Municipality-5.
The deceased has been identified as 13-year-old Khemraj Roka, while the injured have been taken to a primary health post at Sulichaur in the district for treatment.
The tractor, with registration number Ra 1 Ta 3881, was transporting laborers for their night stay after working on road construction at Domai in Lungri Rural Municipality. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of Rolpa district, Shyam Saru Magar, confirmed the incident.
