Kathmandu: India has announced to purchase 10,000 megawatts of electricity from Nepal in the next 10 years.

During the visit of the Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal to New Delhi, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that India would purchase electricity from Nepal.
