Kathmandu: A devastating car accident in Bhingri, Pyuthan district has resulted in the loss of eight lives, Pyuthan Municipality’s Deputy Mayor, Devendra Burma, has confirmed.
The ill-fated vehicle, with registration number Lu 1 Cha 6345, was carrying pilgrims returning from Swarga Duwari when it veered off the road in Bhringri. Among the deceased, two were females, two were males, and four were children.
All of the deceased are from Lamahi-5 in the neighboring Dang district.
