Dang: Two persons were killed in a road accident at Kapurkot of Salyan district today.
The deceased have been identified as Kamaro Kami of Sanobheri Rural Municipality in Rukum West district and Ompath Khatri of Darma Rural Municipality-2 in Salyan district, according to Rapti Provincial Hospital.
Similarly, 13 others were injured in the accident. Of them, 12 injured persons are receiving treatment at Rapti Provincial Hospital. Preparation has been made to refer the remaining critically injured person to Kohalpur, said Deputy Superintendent of Police at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur, Pushpa Raj Malla.
The micro bus (Lu 2 Kha 5731) heading towards Tulsipur from Rukum West met with an accident at Agarkhola of Kapurkot rural municipality-3 at 3:00 pm.
