Nawalparasi: Twenty-nine passengers were injured in a bus accident at Binay Triveni of Nawalpur along the East-West Highway on Tuesday.
Deputy Superintendent of Police at District Police Office, Nawalpur, Bed Bahadur Paudel, informed that the bus (Su Pa Pra 01-001 Kha 2986) heading to Kathmandu from Dhangadhi overturned on the road due to brake failure.
Those injured in the accident have been receiving treatment at Madhyabindu District Hospital, and Damkibas Health Post, DSP Paudel added. All of the injured are out of danger. There were 35 passengers aboard the bus.
