Kathmandu: Eight passengers died, and eight others were injured when a bus en route to Pokhara from Kathmandu at Gajuri Rural Municipality-2 in Dhading district on Wednesday.
The ill-fated bus with registration number Pradesh 3-01-005 Kha 9952 plunged into the Trishuli River after losing its control, according to Dhading Police.
The accident occurred at 11:15 am. “The injured have been sent to Kathmandu for treatment,” said police.
