Qatar emir sends wishes for good health of Nepal president, Nepali people

The message was conveyed to the Nepal president by Mishaal bin Muhammad Ali Al-Ansari, who is the new ambassador of Qatar to Nepal.

Kathmandu:  Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, has sent regards to Nepal President Ram Chandra Paudel and Nepali people.

The message was conveyed to the Nepal president by Mishaal bin Muhammad Ali Al-Ansari, who is the new ambassador of Qatar to Nepal, while presenting his credentials to the head of state on Tuesday, in a reception ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in Kathmandu.

“The Ambassador conveyed the regards of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar to Rt. Hon. President of Nepal, and His Highness’ wishes to Rt. Hon. President for good health and happiness, and continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of Nepal,” the statement issued by embassy of Qatar in Kathmandu said.

Ambassador Mishaal bin Muhammad Ali Al-Ansari presented his letter of credentials to Nepal president on Tuesday.

Nepal President entrusted the Ambassador with his regards to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, and his wishes of further development and prosperity to the Government and people of Qatar.

On the occasion, Nepal president also wished Ambassador Al-Ansari for success in his work task and strengthening of bilateral relations in various fields, stressing his country’s readiness to provide all possible support to facilitate his mission.
