Kathmandu: A family of three was discovered dead in their residence in Dhankuta Municipality-1, Nigol on Thursday. The victims have been identified as 35-year-old Tikaram Gurung, his wife Bhima Gurung, and their 11-year-old son Ayush.
The police were alerted to the incident when two members of the family were found lifeless on the ground, while a third was discovered hanging.
The bodies have been transferred to the hospital for post-mortem examinations, and authorities are awaiting the results.
