Youth set ablaze vehicle of Minister Prakash Jwala

Kathmandu: Tension engulfed the Lalitpur area on Friday afternoon as a group of agitated youths vented their frustration by vandalizing and setting ablaze the official vehicle of Prakash Jwala, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transportation. 

The incident occurred in Balkumari, where protesters, disgruntled over their inability to secure employment in South Korea through the Employment Permit System (EPS) program. 

The vehicle, with the registration number Ba 2 JHa 5861, was set on fire by the irate group.

Police are trying to take the situation under control.
